This satirical comedy musical features a city of the future afflicted by a terrible 20 year drought where public amenity tycoon Caldwell B. Cladwell has made his fortune by bribery, monopolisation, and the implementation of a brutal police force maintaining the laws against private toilets and public urination. Amid the people, an unlikely hero, bolstered by the love of a woman decides he’s had enough, and plans a revolution to lead them all to freedom!
